Responsibilities:
- ongoing market monitoring of public procurement procedures;
 - Analysis of tender documentation (Terms of Reference, technical);
 - making work estimates;
 - analysing and comparing the offers obtained;
 - participation in the negotiation of successful bids;
 - risk assessment analysis of the Project;
 - optimisation and implementation of replacement solutions;
 - preparation of cost estimates based on technical analysis of project documentation;
 - maintaining a database of subcontractors and suppliers;
 - proper selection and optimisation of the solutions adopted;
 - Acquisition of quotations for building materials and subcontracted services (sending out requests for quotations, active monitoring of the flow of quotations, selection of the most advantageous offer);
 - maintaining correspondence within the scope of the duties performed;
 - day-to-day contact with technical staff on site and other departments coordinating investments
 
Requirements:
- higher technical education – Environmental Engineering, or during studies
 - experience in the profession welcome but not essential
 - category B driving licence
 - knowledge of AutoCAD, Norma Pro, MS Office package;
 - knowledge of general construction law and public procurement
 - Experience in tendering welcomed
 - ability to read and analyse technical documentation and prepare estimates;
 - market orientation of subcontractors and suppliers;
 - regularity and very good organisation of work;
 - ability to finalise tasks started;
 - responsibility, independence;
 - commitment and initiative;
 - Ability to work as part of a team, communication skills, ability to work under time pressure;
